1. Order Processing

  • All orders placed through Pharmatee Medical Store are processed and prepared within 24 to 48 business hours from order confirmation.
  • Order processing time does not include weekends or official public holidays in the State of Kuwait.

2. Shipping and Delivery Within the State of Kuwait

  • Pharmatee provides standard and express delivery services, subject to availability.
  • Orders valued at KWD 60 or more: Free standard delivery within Kuwait.
  • Orders below KWD 60: A fixed delivery fee of KWD 1.5 applies.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for large or heavy medical equipment, and such charges will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

3. Shipping and Delivery to GCC Countries

Pharmatee Medical Store offers shipping services to all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

  • Delivery Time: Between 3 to 5 business days after order processing.
  • Shipping Fee: A fixed fee of KWD 10.

4. Shipping and Delivery to Arab Countries

Shipping is available to all Arab countries.

  • Shipping Fees: Same fees applied for GCC countries.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

5. Shipping and Delivery to the Rest of the World

Pharmatee Medical Store provides international shipping to other countries worldwide.

  • The same shipping fees applied for Arab countries will apply.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs regulations.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once the order is dispatched from Pharmatee Medical Store’s warehouse, a confirmation message will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp.
  • Customers may track their shipment directly through the selected courier company.

Pharmatee Medical Store shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Return and Refund Policy – Pharmatee Medical Store

Due to the nature of medical, healthcare, and personal care products, Pharmatee Medical Store applies a strict return and refund policy to ensure health and safety compliance.

9. Return Conditions

  • Cosmetics and skincare products: Returns are accepted only if the products are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Medical devices and equipment: Must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
  • Return Period: Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

10. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care or cosmetic products.
  • Single-use medical supplies (e.g., masks, gloves, testing tools).
  • Products purchased under Final Sale or clearance offers.

11. International Orders

International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product is received damaged or incorrect. Each case will be reviewed and decided by Pharmatee Medical Store only.

12. Warranty on Medical Devices

If a medical device is received defective or develops a fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, customers must contact Pharmatee Medical Store through:

13. Return Procedure

  1. Submit a return request via email to Support@pharmatee.com, including the order number and clear product photos.
  2. Upon approval, the customer will receive return instructions.
  3. After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
