Tip: To achieve the optimum support for your neck and to help prevent your chin and head from resting on the “ridge” of the pillow, angle the pillow (45°) so that the front of the “ridge” is touching the clavicle. The head and chin will naturally fall onto the flat side of the pillow with the “ridge” supporting the neck. If the “ridge” is used repeatedly to support the head it will lose its shape and become ineffective in supporting the neck.
